Our primary objective is 100% customer satisfaction.

Contact us by e-mail at contact@lifting-belt.com or directly via our contact form to obtain your return form, which you can fill in and enclose in your parcel.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item (excluding defective items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free delivery in France 🇫🇷 → 14 days delay for return from receipt in letterbox, new. Please contact us in advance.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT SUIT ME

Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since we received your order, we are generally unable to offer a refund or exchange. Customers wishing to exchange their order have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return.

To do so, please contact us by e-mail. Specifying the order number (LS…)

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

We require an e-mail receipt or other proof of purchase to process your return.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that cannot be returned.

No refunds or exchanges are admissible beyond the 14 days provided after the date of receipt of the order.

Detailed return policy :

Step 1: Make sure you meet the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return it to us.
  • The labels must be attached to the item in the same way as when you received it.
  • The item must be new and unwashed.

If the buyer changes his mind and wishes to obtain a refund, he has 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to send his return request to customer service via the contact form. If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Step 2: Contact us by e-mail at contact@lifting-belt.com or directly via our contact form, to obtain your returns form, which you will need to complete and enclose in your parcel.

Step 3: Send us the items you wish to return to the address indicated on the returns form.

Indicate clearly on the form whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a voucher.

We offer free shipping on all Lifting Belt products, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you are unable to print the document, you can copy the form onto a sheet of paper and place it in your parcel.

On this sheet of paper should appear: your order number (Example: LS1122), the name of the items being returned, and what you wish to obtain from the return (refund, voucher or exchange with a different size/color).

Step 4: As soon as we receive your items, they will be inspected and, according to your request, we will :

  • Refund your items: you will receive an email to confirm the refund of the order.
  • Exchange your items: The items will be exchanged for those indicated on your returns form, you will receive an email confirming the exchange as well as a new order and tracking number.

Lifting Belt reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Once the return has been accepted, you will be refunded using the same method of payment you used to make the purchase.

The maximum refund period is 10 days.

Please note that the time taken to refund your account always depends on your bank.

Refunds are due within 10 days of receipt of the order in our manufacturing center, i.e. as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

In the event of a return, Lifting Belt is obliged to reimburse all sums paid by the customer, with the exception of return shipping costs. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own shipping to return their item to our manufacturing center in Asia and to the return address that will be communicated to the buyer for customer service. Any shipping costs, such as for secure delivery, are non-refundable.

I WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM WITH A DEFECT (if applicable)

Should an item be defective, the customer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to contact customer service. The customer must send photo evidence of the product’s defects (description and photos attached) to customer service first via the contact form: contact us.

We guarantee a full refund of the order in the event of defective, undelivered or out-of-stock products.

→ If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, the order is considered compliant.

Step 1: Send us an e-mail to contact@lifting-belt.com with a complaint and photos showing the defect(s).

Never remove the labels or wash a stained or defective item before informing us, otherwise your claim may not be processed.

Step 2: Your request will be processed by our team within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will then have a choice of several options:

  • Refund of the defective item by us
  • Replacement of the item if we still have it in stock
  • Possibility of obtaining a credit note in the form of a voucher for the entire store.

In this case, we can print a return label and send it to you. In this case, we are responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
